To explore other parts of Bali such as Tabanan, Ubud, Bedugul, Bukit, etc., a private car and driver can be hired daily. It costs around USD $50 for 9 hours including petrol.

Validated rentals are fixed for a defined number of guests including children. This number may not be exceeded during the stay, except by prior agreement with the management of the villa. There is a charge for additional people in excess of 6.

The owner assumes no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage and any injury or damage occurring during the stay.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property. Damages to villa and goods will be charged to guest except for normal wear and tear. Guest must ensure that the villa is returned in the same condition as upon arrival.
To respect the neighborhood, the tenant must avoid nocturnal nuisances.
We remind you that it is prohibited to solicit external services with sexual connotations, or to bring or consume any kind of drugs.
For your information, the Indonesian law condemns these crimes can be severely reprehensible of the death penalty in the worst case, or life imprisonment.
Under the Indonesian law, all villa guests must be registered with the local police within 24 hours of their arrival.
To this end, a photocopy of the passport of each guest will be required and must be submitted no later than the day of their arrival.
The cost of this statement remains the responsibility of the villa.
Reservations and Payments
For all bookings and validation of stay, a deposit of 50% is claimed by bank transfer.
A reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit. The balance of the rent will be due two weeks before arrival by bank transfer or in cash at the keys.
In all cases, the balance of the rent must be paid before taking possession of the villa.
In case of cancellation, any payment made will not be refunded.
For Airport transfer, the group name and details of the flight(s) and arrival time must be send to us. Your requests for airport / villa transfer will be performed by a driver who will meet you at the Ngurah Rai International Airport, equipped with a sign with your name.
